FAQ

What are the project specs?
The cookbook will be wire-bound and 8×8 inches, featuring 20–24 recipes across four sections — breakfast, lunch, sweets, and drinks. It will be available in both physical and digital PDF formats.—Is Café Kremnos for charity or profit?
How will contributors be compensated?
This project is for-profit. All contributors are guaranteed a copy of the digital PDF and physical items at production cost. Depending on sales, we hope to be able to provide a complimentary full bundle, including shipping, to all contributors. Any additional profits after covering production and contributor compensation will be evenly split among the team.—How many contributors will be accepted?
Final numbers will be determined based on interest check results and applications. We aim to feature 1 cover artist, 7 recipe chefs, 25 page artists, 4-6 merch artists, and 4 writers.—What is expected of contributors?

Chefs: Create three recipes themed to the Amphoreus characters or lore, and provide image references and communicate with their collab page artists.
Page artists: Create one 8×8 page illustration and spot art of the dish/ingredients to accompany a chef’s recipe. The page illustration should feature the dish it is paired with, either the creation of or in its completed form.
Merch artists: Design 2–3 merch items. Please note some may be stretch goal items which may not be produced if sales goals are not met.
Writers: Create one fic between 1.5 – 2K words themed around food/cooking/cafés, focusing on Amphoreus characters.

All work submitted for the project must be newly created for Café Kremnos and may not employ any use of generative AI.

—Are AUs allowed? Ships?
All contributions to Café Kremnos must be SFW and platonic. Only canon universe or modern AU depictions are permitted — no post-apocalyptic cafés, sorry!—Will the cookbook be shipped internationally?
Yes, Café Kremnos is available to be shipped internationally. Our shipping mod is located in the USA.
